Founded in 2008, Analyzen blends technology with creativity to deliver brand, media, and digital solutions. Originally launched as a software company by two BUET graduates, it transformed into Bangladesh’s first digital marketing agency. Today, it offers services like brand strategy, content, influencer outreach, software/app development, web experience, events, data analytics, and more.

Founding & Growth

The company was co‑founded by Sumit Saha and Ridwan Hafiz, and later joined by brand strategist Risalat Siddique in 2014. While Ridwan left in 2022 for new ventures, Sumit and Risalat continue leading Analyzen into the era of human‑machine collaboration

Culture & Structure

Analyzen operates with a flat structure—team members are called “Analyzers,” not titles. The emphasis is on initiative, trust, and collaboration, rather than hierarchical authority.
